  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details and a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00 (before taxes and discounts) within the United States.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • If available, international shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. If your address falls within these restrictions, you will be notified during checkout.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at enrichedheadtotoe@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments due to the carrier. 

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for a resolution.

7. Address Changes

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at enrichedheadtotoe@gmail.com

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
