1. Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges
